2.2.1 Connecting & logging in to Ops I

Below are the steps for connecting and logging in to Ops I.

1. Open your web browser*1.

  • Google Chrome 132 or later
  • Microsoft Edge 132 or later
The recommended display resolution is 1920p x 1080p. The minimum supported display resolution is 1360p x 768p. Ops I is designed to be displayed in full window with the above browsers on devices with the above display resolution. However, it can also be used with the browser header displayed at the top and the standard OS menu at the bottom.

2. Connect to the Ops I URL and enter your user name or e-mail address and password on the login window.*2
You can choose the language to display on the login window. You can also change the language after logging in.
To log in using an external IdP, click the button for the external IdP to use. When the login window for the external IdP appears, enter the required information to log in to Ops I. If "Default Identity Provider" is set, you will not see the Ops I login window, but will be redirected to the login window of the configured external IdP.
If you have been already logged in to the external IdP, you will be logged in to Ops I without seeing the login window of the external IdP.

3. If external IdP linkage is not used, for users who are required to enter a one-time code, the one-time code entry window will appear. In this case, enter the one-time code received on your mobile device.
