3.2.5 Resources

The “Resource” tab is used to view a list of user skills and experiences.
It can also be used to apply and revoke skills to/from users.
Skills and skillsets are defined in YAML files. For details, see “Skill management” and “Skill, Skillset”.
Further, it is necessary to first organize the skills required for operations in order to define the skills and skillsets. For details, see “Skills required for operation”.

The resource tab consists of the following: (①) Operation button and (②) Resource list window.

Components Description
Operation button This button is used to carry out operations whose checkboxes have been selected in the Resource list.
Apply Skill: Apply skills to users.
Revoke Skill: Revoke (delete) skills that have already been applied to users.
If you want to change the level of an applied skill, first revoke the skill and then apply it again.
Resource list A list of resources is displayed. For details on the displayed items, see "(Table) Resource list items".

Details regarding the resource list are shown below.

Item Description
A checkbox for selecting target operations.
Name Displays a list of users belonging to groups under your management.
For more information on the display range of groups, see "User management".
Skillsets Displays the appropriate skillsets for each user.
If all the skills defined in the skillset have been acquired, the user is displayed in green; if some of them are acquired, the user is displayed in white.
Move the cursor over the skillset to display a popup window showing detailed information on the skillset. From here, you can check which skills in the skillset have been acquired by the user and which have not.

Skills Displays those skills which have been applied to users.
Move the cursor over a skill to display a popup window showing detailed information on the skill.

Experiences The number of experiences users have for a given workflow is displayed in the following format: "Workflow ID (Exp: Experiences)".
(Example) If the experiences for Workflow ID create_vm is "6"

An experience means whenever an agent is assigned to a step which has a status other than the icon in the workflow list. If the assigned agent is different from the agent who will actually execute the step, assign the actual agent to the step before it is executed.
The number of experiences is counted for each workflow. In cases where the same agent executes an assigned step multiple times within the same workflow, the experience will only be counted once.
Move the cursor over the number of experiences to display a popup window showing detailed information.

Item Description
Name Workflow ID
Experienced The number of experiences. Displays the number of times a workflow has been experienced by an agent.
An experience means whenever an agent is assigned to a step which has a status other than the icon in the workflow list. If the assigned agent is different from the agent who will actually execute the step, assign the actual agent to the step before it is executed.
The number of experiences is counted for each workflow. In cases where the same agent executes an assigned step multiple times within the same workflow, the experience will only be counted once.

(2) Apply skill

Add a check to the checkbox of the user in question to enable the “Operation” button in the “Resource” tab.
When you click the “Apply Skill” button, the skills that can be applied are displayed on the [Apply Skill] window in the format “Skill name Level name”. Check the skills you want to apply, and click the “Apply” button to apply the skills.
On the [Apply Skill] window, if you check a skill and then navigate away from the page, the check will be removed from the previous page. If you need to move to a different page, click the “Apply” button before moving to the new page, and then apply the skill again after you have added the skill.
Once a skill has been applied, that same skill, or the same skill but with a different level, will no longer be displayed.
If you want to change the level of an applied skill, first revoke the skill and then apply it again.


(3) Revoke skill

Add a check to the checkbox of the user in question to enable the Operation button in the “Resource” tab.
When you click the “Revoke Skill” button, the skills that have been applied are displayed on the [Revoke Skill]. Add a check to the skill that you want to revoke and click the “Revoke” button to revoke the skill.
