4.5.3 Customizing the ticket window
The ticket functions available from the Ticket tab of the task application and request application allows customers to customize the Ticket window.
When customizing the Ticket window, edit the files in the “apps” repository. For details about the “apps” repository, see “Customizing the default YAML files”. For details on the Ticket window, see “Tickets”.
The Ticket window can be customized as follows.
