3.3.2 Distribution

The distribution tab is used to define which practices, containers, services and customers document distribution rules are applied to for documents that originate during operations. However, it is not possible to add distribution rules in this window.
Details of distribution rules and property display items are shown below.

(Table) Distribution Rules display items

Item Description
A checkbox for selecting definitions. Properties corresponding to the distribution rules selected here are displayed in the properties area.
Priority Displays the priorities at which the distribution rules are applied. The lower the number, the higher the priority. When storing a document, the distribution rule with the highest priority is applied.
Name Displays the name of the distribution rule. "System Default" is the default distribution rule. If no other distribution rule has been applied, this default rule will be applied.
Practice Displays operational scenarios to which this distribution rule has been applied.
Service Displays services to which this distribution rule has been applied. means all services.
Customer Displays customers to which this distribution rule has been applied. means all customers.
Repository* Displays the repository for this distribution rule. Click the link to display the corresponding Git repository.
Path* Displays the path for this distribution rule. Click the link to display the corresponding Git path.
Branch Displays the branch for this distribution rule.
*Only displays a value when the "group", "repository" or "directory" types are set to "fixed" in the distribution rules settings configured via the YAML file "Distribution". In all other cases, it will be blank. For details, see "Distribution".

Item Description
Priority Displays the priority set for the distribution rule. The distribution rule priority can be changed here. It is possible to specify a priority from 1 to 2,147,483,647. However, as "System Default" has been registered with a priority value of "1000", it is recommended that you assign priorities with a smaller value than this.
Repository Displays the repository set for the distribution rule. Click the link to display the corresponding Git repository.
Path Displays the path set for the distribution rule. Click the link to display the corresponding Git path.
Branch Displays the branch set for the distribution rule.
Practices and Container Displays the operational scenarios and containers. From here you can select the operational scenarios and containers to which you want to apply distribution rules.
Target Services Displays target services. From here you can select the services to which you want to apply distribution rules.
Target Customers Displays target customers. From here you can select the customers to who you want to apply distribution rules. If you want to apply distribution rules to users who are not customer users, select "All".
