4.5.1 Library

The Library function allows you to define shared containers that can be viewed by multiple users in YAML files.
Any files can be stored in shared containers. For example, a template for files to attach to a request from the window can be stored in a shared container so that users can download and use it, or request files filled by users can be stored in a shared container so that multiple users can review them.
After registering a YAML file, you can use it as a shared container by specifying the contents described in the YAML file when uploading from the [Containers] tab.
