2.4.2 Aggregate statistics
Create statistics for the number of completed tickets for the past two weeks for each contact person. The procedure for linking configuration items to tickets is as follows.
(1) Create statistics definitions
1. From the main menu, open [Reports]-[Statistics].
2. On the [Statistics Management] screen, click the [Add Statistics] button, then click [Add Statistics] - [Dynamic Matrix].
3. In the [General Specification] fields that appear, enter the following and then click the [Save] button.

(2) [Statistics Preview] settings
Due to OTOBO limitations, the display language setting must be temporarily set to English when making these settings.
[Set the X-axis to aggregate the closing dates of tickets for the past two weeks, day by day]
1. Change the display language to English.
To change the language, use the icon for changing the language for Ops I. For details, see "Functions > Basic window structure" in "JP1 Cloud Service/Operations Integration User's Guide".
2. From the main menu, open [Reports] - [Statistics]. From [Statistics], click the statistics created in (1) to open the [Edit Statistics] screen.
3. Click [X-axis] under [Statistics Preview] (preview of the statistics).
4. From the [Configure X-Axis]-[Add] pull-down, select "Close Time". On the displayed [Configure X-Axis]-[Close Time] field, enter the following information and click the [Save] button.

[Set the Y-axis for aggregation by contact person]
1. Click [Y-axis] under [Statistics Preview] (preview of the statistics).
2. From the [Configure Y-Axis]-[Add] pull-down, select "Queue", and then click the [Save] button.
3. Click the [Save and finish] button under [Statistics Preview] (preview of the statistics) to save the setting.
4. Change the display language to Japanese. To change the language, use the icon for changing the language for Ops I. For details, see "Functions > Basic window structure" in "JP1 Cloud Service/Operations Integration User's Guide".
(3) Run statistics
To check the statistics you have created, run the statistics.
1. From the main menu, use [Reports] - [Statistics] to return to the [Statistics Management] screen. From [Statistics], click the icon in the [Run] column for the statistics created in (1) and (2).
2. When the [View Statistics] screen opens, go to [Settings] - [Format] and specify "Excel" and click the [Run now] button to download the statistical results as an Excel file.
You can also visually check the totals in the browser by opening the [Edit Statistics] screen of the statistics that you created from the [Statistics Management] screen and clicking any button from [Statistics Preview] - [Preview format].
