8.1.1 Manage statistics

Select [Reports] - [Statistics] from the main menu to go to the [Statistics Management] screen.
Details on the [Statistics Management] screen are as follows.

  • Clicking the [Actions] - [Add Statistics] button will take you to the [Add Statistics] screen, where you can create statistics.
  • Clicking the [Actions] - [Import Statistics] button will take you to the [Import Statistics] screen, where you can import statistics definitions in XML format into OTOBO. This allows for the migration of statistics definitions created in other systems.
  • The main area [Statistics] displays a list of statistics that exist in OTOBO.

The following is a detailed list of statistics.

STAT# Number automatically assigned to statistics
TITLE Statistics title
OBJECT Object types covered by the statistics
EXPORT Exports statistics definitions in XML format
DELETE Deletes statistics
Deletion can be performed on statistics created in the "Create statistics" section. The statistics definitions provided by default cannot be deleted.
RUN Runs the statistics

NoteNote

  • Importing exported statistics definitions into the same OTOBO does not overwrite existing statistics definitions, but adds new statistics with the same name.
  • Statistics for an object type of type "Static" cannot be imported if statistics for that object type already exist.
  • The editing of files of exported statistics definitions is unsupported.


The following is a definition of the statistics provided by default. Definitions with a 〇 in the "Support" column can be referenced and run. Do not edit or delete the statistics definitions provided by default.
The [OBJECT] column displays the objects used in the statistics. For details on objects, see "(Table) Object types supported by Ops I".
