1.3.2 [Notification Settings]
Notification settings allow you to configure your receipt of notifications regarding tickets generated by OTOBO. This allows users to receive the necessary notifications regardless of whether or not they themselves are the agent of the ticket.

Note
- To receive notifications through this setup, you must be set up to send emails from OTOBO.
For details, see "Notification settings" (When using the Ops I notification function) or "Notification settings" (When using a mail server). - The following settings are not supported.
