4.3.1 Customer registration

Register customer information needed to define customer users on a per-customer basis.
*Registered customers cannot be deleted.

1. From the main menu, select [Customers] - [Customer Administration].
2. Click the [Add Customer] button.
3. On the [Add Customer] screen, enter the following in the [Add Customer] fields and click the [Save] button.

Field Required Description
CustomerID Yes CustomerID
Do not use "null" or "all".
You cannot register a customer ID that has already been registered.
*Changing customer IDs is not supported. Take care when setting customer IDs.
Customer Yes Customer name
You cannot register a customer name that has already been registered. If the customer name is used for the group to which the document will be distributed, it must be the same name as the Ops I group to which it will be distributed.

City No City
Country No Name of the country
URL No URL

Valid Yes valid
Customers who have been set to "invalid" or "invalid-temporarily":
  • The target customer will no longer be displayed on the Add User and Edit User screens in Ops I.
  • The customer name will remain visible in the User Details screen belonging to the target customer. It is possible to change to another "valid" customer.
