The “New” function allows you to add new FAQ articles.

Note
- It is not possible to create an FAQ article without any existing categories. When creating an FAQ article, at least one category must have been created in advance. For details on categories, see "[Category Management]".
- The input fields [State] "public (all)" and "external (customer)" are not supported.
