1.3 Preparation
Settings for each user can be made from the avatar icon in the top header of OTOBO.
Clicking the avatar icon will bring up [Personal preferences] and [Logout].

(1) [Personal Preferences] menu
In the [Personal Preferences] section, you can customize the following menu items for your own convenience.
- [User Profile]: Settings for user accounts
- [Notification Settings]: Settings for receiving notifications about tickets generated by OTOBO
- [Miscellaneous]: Other personal preferences
Settings changed from this menu do not affect other users.

Note
- In the left sidebar, you will see the message "Did you know?", which prompts you to register your email address with an external service, but we do not support the use of this service.
(2) [Logout] menu
Do not use [Logout], because the login status to the Ops I system screens is managed by Ops I as a whole.
