1.3.1 [User Profile]

In [User Profile], you can change settings related to the user account.
The [Time Zone] setting should be set on first access, as it affects how the time is displayed and changed in OTOBO.

  • The following settings are not supported.
    • [Change password]
      Do not use [Change password], because the credentials to access OTOBO are shared by all Ops I functions.
    • [Avatar]
    • [Language]
      To change the display language, use the Ops I icon that switches the language. For details, see "Functions > Basic window structure" in "JP1 Cloud Service/Operations Integration User's Guide".
    • Enabling the [Google Authenticator] function
