6.6 [Category Management]

The “Category Management” function manages the addition and deletion of categories to which FAQ articles belong. Further categories can be created within a category, and FAQ articles can be classified hierarchically.

When adding or editing a category, note the following.

  • In the [Permission] field, set the authorization group "faq" that you created in "[FAQ] preparation". Other values cannot be set.
  • The [Validity] field should be set to "valid". Other values cannot be set.
