8.1 [Statistics]

The “Statistics” function collects a variety of information to provide statistics on OTOBO’s operational status.
The following are examples of information that can be collected.

  • Number and attributes of tickets and configuration items present on OTOBO
  • Response time by the agent
  • Number of tickets according to the contact person and ticket type
  • Ticket resolution time
