4.1 [Customer Information Center]
The “Customer Information Center” function allows you to view information about a customer and the customer users belonging to that customer.
You can also see a list of tickets associated with customer users belonging to the customer.
This function allows you to quickly determine, for example, how many tickets you need to respond to for a given customer.
Details of each widget are shown in the following table.

| 顧客ユーザー | Customer Users | This widget displays customer users belonging to the customer. In addition, the number of [In Progress] cases displays the count of tickets in Ops I that have statuses corresponding to incomplete, such as "awaiting_approval", "planning", "in_progress", "open", "awaiting_implementation", "declined", "awaiting_backout", and "implementing". The number of [Closed] cases displays the count of tickets in Ops I that have statuses corresponding to completed, such as "closed", "completed", "cancelled", and "closed_with_backout". The following is not supported.
