4.1 [Customer Information Center]

The “Customer Information Center” function allows you to view information about a customer and the customer users belonging to that customer.
You can also see a list of tickets associated with customer users belonging to the customer.
This function allows you to quickly determine, for example, how many tickets you need to respond to for a given customer.

Details of each widget are shown in the following table.

顧客ユーザー Customer Users This widget displays customer users belonging to the customer. In addition, the number of [In Progress] cases displays the count of tickets in Ops I that have statuses corresponding to incomplete, such as "awaiting_approval", "planning", "in_progress", "open", "awaiting_implementation", "declined", "awaiting_backout", and "implementing". The number of [Closed] cases displays the count of tickets in Ops I that have statuses corresponding to completed, such as "closed", "completed", "cancelled", and "closed_with_backout".
The following is not supported.
  • [Add Customer User] button
    Customer users are created by setting [Customer] in the [User Management] screen of the system application. For details, see "Functions > System > User management" in "JP1 Cloud Service/Operations Integration User's Guide".
  • Using [PHONE TICKET], [EMAIL TICKET], and [Edit]
Assigned CIs Assigned CIs A list of configuration items in which the corresponding customer is set as "Customer Company" will be displayed.

保留期限切れチケット Reminder Tickets Ops I tickets that have been in status "pending" for 24 hours are displayed.
エスカレーションチケット Escalated Tickets
新規チケット New Tickets Ops I tickets with a status of "new" are displayed.
対応中チケット Open Tickets This widget displays Ops I tickets with a status of "awaiting_approval", "planning", "in_progress", "open", "awaiting_implementation", "declined", "awaiting_backout", and "implementing".
設定 Settings Select the widget to be displayed on the [Customer Information Center] screen.
企業ステータス Company Status This widget displays the number of "Open Tickets", "Closed Tickets", and "All Tickets" tickets.
"Escalated Tickets" are not supported.
顧客情報 Customer Information This widget displays customer information.
