7.1.3 [Link]
The “Link” function allows you to set up links between configuration items.
Select [CMDB]-[Overview] from the main menu and click the configuration item to be edited on the [Overview: ITSM ConfigItem] screen to display detailed information about the configuration item.
Click on [Link] in the bar at the top of the screen to open the [Manage links] screen, where you can set up links between configuration items.
When setting links between configuration items, the following relationships can be specified.
If the configuration item with detailed information is “A” and the configuration item selected on the [Manage links] screen is “B”, the relationship between the configuration items is as follows.

Note
The only links that appear in the detailed information of a configuration item are direct links. Configuration items that are indirectly linked via other configuration items are not shown.
