5.4 [Search]

The “Search” function allows tickets to be searched by using a variety of attributes.

  • If "CSV" is specified in the [Output] field, a file encoded in UTF-8 without BOM (CSV format) will be downloaded. If you open this file in a text editor, it will be displayed normally. However, if you open the file in Excel, character corruption will occur, so encode the file to UTF-8 with BOM and save it again.
  • If "CSV" is specified for the [Output] field, the delimiter for the file field is a semicolon (;).
  • Specifying "Print" in the [Output] field is not supported.
  • If you specify "CSV" or "Excel" in the [Output] field, the user "root@localhost" will be displayed in the "Owner" column for tickets that do not have a person in charge assigned. This is the same as when "--" is displayed on the OTOBO and Ops I screens, and it means that user settings have not been specified. The "root@localhost" user exists only in OTOBO and is used by Ops I.
