5.5 Ticket Zoom screen

On the Ticket Zoom screen, you can view detailed information about a ticket and the exchanges that took place regarding the ticket, as well as change ticket information.

The Ticket Zoom screen is displayed by clicking a ticket in the ticket list on the dashboard or other screens of each function. Examples of how to display the screen are shown below.

  • From the following widgets from the main menu [Dashboard].
    • [Reminder Tickets]
    • [New Tickets]
    • [Open Tickets]
  • From [Tickets] - [Queue view] in the main menu.
  • From [Tickets] - [Status view] in the main menu.
  • From [Tickets] - [Search] in the main menu

  • Updating ticket information on the Ticket Zoom screen can be done only via [Miscellaneous] - [Link].

  • The items listed in [Article Overview] of the Ticket Zoom screen are the [Work Notes] articles in the Ops I tickets. Articles highlighted in red represent articles sent to the Ops I [Work Notes] with the [Customer Visible] checkbox cleared.
