3. [Dashboard]

The “Dashboard” function is the first screen that is displayed when you access OTOBO. You can quickly grasp timely information, such as tickets that need immediate attention, or tickets in My Queues (contact person in Ops I) set in [Personal Preferences].
You can use the [Settings] widget to select which widgets to display on the [Dashboard] screen.

[Content widgets]

Content widgets are widgets that appear in the main area of the [Dashboard] screen. You can quickly determine the status of tickets and queues that meet specific criteria.

Each widget will have a ticket that will be displayed depending on its status in Ops I. The following is a list of displayed tickets and unsupported widgets.

*3: The [Ticket Queue Overview] widget displays the number of tickets belonging to a queue.

[Sidebar widgets]

Sidebar widgets are widgets that are displayed in the right sidebar of the [Dashboard] screen. They can display a variety of useful information.

Supported sidebar widgets are listed in the following table.
