Function Outline
3. [Dashboard] You can quickly grasp timely information such as tickets that need immediate attention and tickets in My Queues (the contact person in Ops I).
4. [Customers] You can view information about customers and customer users.
5. [Tickets] You can browse tickets on OTOBO and set up links to tickets.
6. [FAQ] Users can share their knowledge and information on how to respond to existing problems among their counterparts.
It also allows for the organization and evaluation of knowledge.
7. [CMDB] This is an OTOBO extension that allows you to manage system configuration items. By setting associations between configuration items and automatically recording change request histories, you can get an efficient overview of the entire system.

9. [Admin] You can change the settings of the OTOBO system and settings that affect all users.
Also, some operations might not be available even for supported functions. Details are provided in the chapter descriptions.
