8.1.4 Run statistics
This section describes running statistics.
Statistics can be run by performing the following steps.
1. Select [Reports] - [Statistics] from the main menu to open the [Statistics Management] screen.
2. Open the [View Statistics] screen by doing one of the following.
• Click the [RUN] column of the statistics you wish to run in the list of statistics.
• Click the [Actions] - [Run now] button on the [Edit Statistics] screen that appears after clicking the [STAT#] column of the statistics you want to run in the list of statistics.
3. Confirm or change the settings from the [View Statistics] screen, and then click the [Run now] button.

| Format | Select from the following formats that can be selected when running statistics.

| Time Zone | Set the time zone for the date and time information used in the statistics output and calculations. If the statistics type is [Static], it is hidden. |
| Exchange Axis | Specify "Yes" or "No". |
| X-axis | The settings made under [Statistics Preview] will be displayed. In the settings for each item, the setting can only be changed if the checkbox "Do not allow changes to this element when the statistic is generated." is not selected. |

Note
- If "CSV" is specified in the [Format] field, a file encoded in UTF-8 without BOM (CSV format) will be downloaded. If you open this file in a text editor, it will be displayed normally. However, if you open the file in Excel, character corruption will occur, so encode the file to UTF-8 with BOM and save it again.
- If "CSV" is specified for the [Format] field, the delimiter for the file field is a semicolon (;).
- Specifying "Print" in the [Format] field is unsupported.
