6.1 [Explorer]
The “Explorer” function allows you to see a list of all created FAQ articles (knowledge articles in Ops I) by category.
Note
- FAQ articles with the [Validity] field of the FAQ information set to "invalid" will not appear in the FAQ list. Use the "Search" function to browse FAQ articles that have been set to "invalid". For details on the "Search" function, see "[Search]".
The procedure for checking the list is as follows.
1. From the main menu, select [FAQ] - [Explorer].
2. On the [FAQ Explorer] screen, you can check the details of the categories and subcategories as follows:

| NAME | Category name If subcategories are set, clicking the name will navigate to the hierarchical level of the subcategory. |
| COMMENT | Description of the category |
| SUBCATEGORIES | Number of subcategories belonging to that category |
| FAQ ARTICLES | Number of FAQ articles belonging to that category |
3. If you click the category name, a list of FAQ articles included in that category is displayed in [FAQ Articles: category title], allowing you to check the content of "(Table) Items in the FAQ article list".
On the other hand, if categories are included in the category, the subcategory list is displayed. For details on the items, see "(Table) Items in the subcategory list".

| LANGUAGE | Whether the language of the FAQ article is "ja" or "en" |
| STATE | Whether the publication object is "internal (agent)" or "public (all)" |
| VALIDITY | Whether the FAQ article is "valid" or "invalid" |
