6.7 FAQ Zoom screen
The “FAQ Zoom” screen allows you to review and edit the content of an FAQ article (knowledge article in Ops I).
Note
- The contents that can be edited by using the "Edit" function are the same as those in the [Add FAQ Article] screen under [FAQ] - [New]. For more information on [New], see "[New]".
- The "Print" function is not supported.
- The object types that can be selected in the [Link with] field of the "Link" function are "FAQ" and "Ticket".
- The "Delete" function allows you to delete FAQ articles, but it also deletes history and other information, which might delete useful information as well. If you want to hide FAQ articles in [FAQ] - [Explorer], specify "invalid" in the [Validity] field.
The procedure for reviewing and editing an FAQ article is shown as follows.
1. From the main menu, select [FAQ] - [Explorer].
2. From [Subcategories] on the [FAQ Explorer] screen, click a category you want to check or edit.
3. [FAQ Articles: category name] displays FAQ articles of the selected category. Click the FAQ article to display the FAQ Zoom screen.
Tips
Although the [Rating] column is displayed in addition to the field you entered when creating a new FAQ article, perform the rating from the knowledge application. For details on the knowledge application, see "Functions > Knowledge" in "JP1 Cloud Service/Operations Integration User's Guide".

4. Continue the operation by referring to the content of the following items.

| Back | Returns to the previous screen. |
| Edit | Edit the content of the FAQ article, and then click the [Update] button. |
| History | Check the creation and update history of the FAQ article, and then click [Close]. |
| Link | Adds links on the [Create new links] tab screen. Links associated with the [Manage existing links] tab screen are deleted. |
| Delete | Click [Yes] on the confirmation message dialog box to delete the FAQ article. |
