(1) Changes in the document numbered JCSM73-0280-01(E)

  • The following were added to the Windows Server versions.
    • Microsoft(R) Windows Server(R) 2025 Standard
    • Microsoft(R) Windows Server(R) 2025 Datacenter
  • The knowledge functionality was added to the figure that explains the ITSM application functions.
  • The description of "knowledge articles in Ops I" was added to the term "FAQ articles".
  • The content related to the "FAQ" function was changed in the table of the primitive roles of Ops I by function.
  • In the description of the chapter that describes use cases, it was added that the field values for each setting are examples and do not limit the specified values.
  • In the use cases for how to associate FAQ articles with tickets, the procedures were changed.
  • A use case for registering FAQ articles was added.
  • Regarding the Ops I notification function, the description of a function that can consolidate multiple notifications sent to the same recipient within 10 minutes into a single email was added.
  • Actions and references for [FAQ] were added.
  • For [FAQ], the procedures for using the following items were added:

  • A description of importing/exporting FAQ articles and categories was added.
  • The description of the following events that trigger ticket notifications was changed:

    In addition, the description of the following existing notification settings for which the preceding events are set was changed:
    • Ticket owner update notification
    • Ticket pending reminder notification (locked)
    • Ticket pending reminder notification (unlocked)
  • It was added that if the operator who performs an event that triggers ticket notifications (such as creating a ticket or adding an article) is not a customer user, the operator will not receive notifications even if that operator is set in [Recipients].
  • The entire [FAQ] preparation section was deleted.

(2) Changes in the document numbered JCSM73-0270-01(E)

  • Added an explanation of the notation on the product screen.
  • Updated OSS versions.
  • Changed the language switching method from the function of OTOBO to the language switching function of Ops I.
  • Regarding the ticket notification function, in addition to the function using the mail server, an Ops I notification function was added.
  • For CMDB function, the definition of sample configuration items in the use case has been changed.
  • For CMDB function, categories of configuration items were added.
  • For CMDB function, the description of choice fields using generic catalogs was deleted, and explanations of how to set each type of field using dynamic fields were added.
