4.3 Displaying Items

In JP1/Service Support, you can display Items and information about Items in a number of ways. For example, you can display lists of registered Items with irrelevant Items filtered out, display detailed information about Items, view the work history for a specific Item, and display lists of related Items. Note that Items in the Item storage database are displayed in addition to those in the Item management database.
