4.2.5 Item preview
When you click the title of an Item in the main window (Item list), the full set of properties for the Item (except for attached files) appears in the Item preview area. The preview area also contains operation icons that you can click to perform certain operations on the selected Item. These icons are described below.

: Edit Item icon

Clicking this icon displays the Edit item window for the selected Item. This icon appears only if any of the following conditions is met, and the selected Item is not a stored Item:

The user belongs to the process work board management role.

The user is a process work board manager.

The selected Item is not being edited by another user.
-
The user has permission to view and edit the selected Item.
-
The user has permission to view the selected Item and change the current status of the Item.

Clicking this icon displays the View Item window for the selected Item.

: Escalation icon

Clicking this icon displays the Specify an escalation destination window for the selected Item. Note that this icon does not appear if the selected Item is being edited by another user, or the selected Item is a stored Item.

Clicking this icon displays the print window for the selected Item.

Clicking this icon displays the Specify the registration target window. When you select a process and click OK, a New item window appears containing the Item information of the Item displayed in the Item preview area. You can then use this information as the basis for a new Item to be created in the process you selected in the initial window.

: Recall Item icon

Clicking this icon displays a dialog box for you to confirm whether you want to recall the selected Item. If you click OK, the selected Item will be recalled. This icon is shown when the recall item function is enabled in the process work board to which the Item is to be registered. The icon is deactivated when the selected Item is a stored Item or the process work board to which the Item is to be registered is under suspension or waiting to be deleted.
You can display additional information in the Item preview by clicking anchor text. The following describes the elements for which you can display additional information.
- Related item(s)

By clicking the Item ID of a related Item, you can display the View Item window for that Item.
- Related information
-
By clicking the name of a piece of related information, you can display the related information in a Web browser. If there is no URL associated with the related information, it is not displayed as anchor text.
- Hardware information

When linking with JP1/AIM, clicking the hardware information anchor displays the JP1/AIM Device Details dialog box.
When linking with JP1/UCMDB, clicking the hardware information anchor displays the JP1/UCMDB Device Details dialog box.
When linking with JP1/ITDM2 - Asset Console, clicking the hardware information anchor displays the JP1/ITDM2 - Asset Console Device Details dialog box.
- Attached file(s)

By clicking the name of an attached file, you can display the Download the attached file window and download the file.
- User-added links
-
By clicking a link added by a user, you can display the View Item window for the related Item, or display related information or hardware information in a new window.
