Made it possible to use the NetExec logon user settings file, instead of the Script Launcher service start parameter, to specify the user logon space to execute programs called by the NetExec command when using the Script Launcher service.

Further, support is provided for commands handling dates for command arguments and execution result values that do not exceed 2099.
