7.10 Using the chat function
If you want to establish contact with a user while engaged in a remote control session, you can use the chat feature to communicate with users who cannot be reached by telephone. Because the chat feature uses text data, it is also a useful way to provide IP addresses, URLs, and other text-based information in real time.
