3.6 Notes on using JP1/AJS3 - Print Option with antivirus software
Some antivirus software might place an exclusive lock on a file or folder used by JP1/AJS3 - Print Option. This can cause issues like the following:

JP1/AJS3 - Print Option fails to start.
JP1/AJS3 - Print Option might fail to start if antivirus software places an exclusive lock on a definition file that JP1/AJS3 - Print Option references at startup.

The JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager service fails to start.
The JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager service might fail to start if antivirus software places an exclusive lock on a definition file that the service references at startup.

An attempt to change a definition fails.
An attempt to add or modify a format definition or environment settings might fail if antivirus software places an exclusive lock on a definition file used by JP1/AJS3 - Print Option.

JP1/AJS3 - Print Option cannot output log information.
An attempt to output log data might fail if antivirus software places an exclusive lock on a log file associated with JP1/AJS3 - Print Option. This can hinder efforts to troubleshoot problems.

A command associated with JP1/AJS3 - Print Option terminates abnormally.
A command associated with JP1/AJS3 - Print Option might terminate abnormally if antivirus software places an exclusive lock on a file used by the command.

JP1/AJS3 - Print Option cannot perform CSV output, map output, or jobnet flow output.
An attempt to output CSV, map, or jobnet flow data might fail if antivirus software places an exclusive lock on the file to which JP1/AJS3 - Print Option outputs the data.
If your antivirus software scans for viruses while JP1/AJS3 - Print Option is running, exclude the following files and folders from scanning. If you conduct a virus scan while JP1/AJS3 - Print Option is stopped, make sure scanning of the following files and folders has finished before you start JP1/AJS3 - Print Option.

If you have configured the system to not show hidden files and folders, the %allusersprofile% folder is not displayed. You can display the folder by configuring the system to show all files. For details on how to do so, see the Help for the operating system.
The default value of %allusersprofile% is system-drive:\ProgramData.

If you intend to use the data collection tool (PO_ras.bat and POM_ras.bat in Windows, and POM_ras.sh in UNIX) while a virus scan is in progress, exclude the following files and folders from scanning, in addition to those listed above.
