6.3 Setting access permissions for Operational Contents (when using JP1/Base for user authentication)

You can set access permissions for Operational Contents by setting JP1 permission levels together with JP1 resource groups for JP1 users who have been registered in JP1/Base.

The following describes the general procedure for setting access permissions for Operational Contents:

1. Set JP1 permission levels and JP1 resource groups in JP1/Base.

   Because this task is performed in JP1/Base, consult with the JP1/Base administrator to determine appropriate settings.

2. The Content Manager (user with administrator permissions granted) or the Content Creator (user with creator permissions granted) adds Operational Contents and sets JP1 resource groups.
