    Command path:

    Navigation-Platform-installation-directory\bin\npstop

  2. If an error message is displayed, take the following action:

Resolve the problem according to the information provided in the message, and then re-execute the npstop command.

If the KDCZ68170-E message is displayed:

Use a Windows service, not the npstop command, to stop the Navigation Platform Start Service.

If any other message is displayed:

Resolve the problem according to the information provided in the message, and then re-execute the npstop command.

For details about how to use the command, see 9.18 npstop command (stop).

Important

If you shut down the server machine without first stopping the system, the system might not stop normally. Therefore, before you start the server machine again to execute commands, take the following action:

  • Execute the npstop command before you execute any command that must be executed after the system has stopped.

  • Execute the npstart command before you execute any command that must be executed while the system is running.
