You can abort a process that is running on an agent, using the Remote Control Process Viewer window.

To abort a process:

1. Select the Process tab of the Remote Control Process Viewer window.
   The Process page displays the currently running processes along with their process numbers.

   Process name

   The names of currently running processes are displayed.

   PID

   The process numbers of the processes are displayed in hexadecimal.

2. Select a process you want to terminate.
3. Click the End Process button.
   The following message appears.
   When no process is selected, this button is inactive.
   

   

4. Click the Yes button.
   The selected process terminates.
