You can shut down the Windows system on an agent, using the Remote Control Process Viewer window.

To shut down the Windows system:

1. In the Remote Control Process Viewer window, click the Shut Down button.
   The Shut Down Windows dialog box appears.
   
2. Select a shutdown mode.
3. Click OK.
   The Windows system will shut down in the specified mode.
