4.6.2 Aborting an application running on an agent

You can abort an application that is running on an agent, using the Remote Control Process Viewer window.

To abort an application:

  1. Select the Application tab of the Remote Control Process Viewer window.
    The Application page displays the currently executing application and its status.

    Application
    The names of currently running applications (active windows) are displayed. Note that this list includes only the applications currently indicated on the taskbar.
    Status
    The status of the application is displayed.
    Running
    The application is normally running.
    No response
    The application does not respond.
  2. Select an application you want to terminate.
  3. Click the End Application button.
    The selected application terminates.
    When no application is selected, this button is inactive.
