4.6.1 How to open and close the Remote Control Process Viewer window

This subsection explains how to open or close the Remote Control Process Viewer window on an agent.

(1) Opening the Remote Control Process Viewer window

When you choose Send Ctrl+Alt+Del from the Tools menu of the Remote Control window on a controller connected to an agent that is running on Windows Me or Windows 98, or click the Ctrl+Alt+Del button on the toolbar, the Remote Control Process Viewer window opens on the agent. Note that the Remote Control Process Viewer window can be opened only when the remote control mode is Exclusive or Shared.

The Remote Control Process Viewer window displays a list of the currently running applications (active windows) and processes.

(2) Closing the Remote Control Process Viewer window

You can close the Remote Control Process Viewer window by choosing Exit from the File menu in the Remote Control Process Viewer window.

If the agent is disconnected from the controller or terminates when the Remote Control Process Viewer window is active, the Remote Control Process Viewer window will remain open. To close the Remote Control Process Viewer window, choose Exit from the File menu in the Remote Control Process Viewer window.
