4.4.1 Screen components of the Agent Manager window

The Agent Manager window can display the following two types of information:

Use the pull-down list on the toolbar to select the information you want to display.

The following explains the windows for displaying each piece of information. For details on the Agent Manager window menus, see A.3 Agent Manager window menus.

(1) Agent list

The agent list allows you to organize agent information in the manner you prefer. For example, you can give descriptive names to agents, or organize them into logical groupings (by division, by business duties, etc.) in a hierarchy. You can also receive connection requests from agents.

The figure below shows an example of the Agent Manager window with the agent list displayed.

In the Remote Control window, click the Agent button to show the organizational information of the agents created here. The menu format (agent menu) is used. For example, the agent information, shown in Figure 4-37, will be displayed as below.

(2) Connection history

The connection history uses a list format to show information about the agents that have been connected to date. Agents are displayed by host names, IP addresses, or agent paths. For agent paths, see 4.4.5(2) Recording agent paths.
