You need to configure the following settings to make an automatic dialing connection.

Dial-Up Networking (Remote Access Service) settings

In Windows Dial-Up Networking or Remote Access Service, specify the connection destinations (phone book) and the server. In addition, before using the automatic dialing connection facility, make a manual connection to the destination using Windows Dial-Up Networking or Remote Access Service to ensure that the dial-up connection facility works normally.

Remote Control Manager property settings

In the Properties dialog box, in the Dial-up Settings page, specify whether the automatic dialing connection should be used or not, and any options required for the automatic dialing facility. You can modify the Dial-Up Networking (Remote Access Service) settings directly.
