If the Login window is not displayed, check the URL entered in the address bar of the Web browser. The following describes the actions you must take when the URL is correct but the Login window is not displayed.

(1) An internal server error occurs
If an internal server error occurs during access to the Login window, see 8.5.1 About an internal server error.
(2) Login window for SSL transmission cannot be displayed
If the Login window is displayed while SSL transmission is not in use, or if the Login window is not displayed while SSL transmission is in use, then use either of the following procedures:
- The Web browser might not be configured for use of SSL. Configure the Web browser for use of SSL. For details, see 3.5 Setting up the Web browser.
- The server private key and the private key of the SSL server certificate might not be the same. Re-create the server private key, the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) and the SSL server certificate, and then restart the JP1/AJS3 WOA HTTP Server service. For details, see 3.7 Configuring the SSL server certificate.
