If an internal server error occurs during access to a Web page, make sure that the JP1/AJS3 WOA Web Application Server service is running. Depending on the status of the host that executes this service, it may take several or several tens of seconds to accept the processing on the Web page after the service has started.
If you cannot correct the problem, contact the system administrator and collect the data.
