Added support for the Office desktop application (Excel) as part of the Office subscription service.

In addition, Excel 2013 (Office 2013) is no longer supported.

• Versions of prerequisite programs for use in 2038 and later

• Calendar year values that can be specified as the execution start day of a jobnet in schedule rules

Standard custom jobs in Linux (JP1AMR3UX, JP1AMR3CPUX, and JP1AMR3BWUX) added in JP1/AJS3 for Enterprise Applications 13-00 are now handled in the same way as standard custom jobs in Windows (JP1AMR3, JP1AMR3CP, and JP1AMR3BW).

As a result, JP1AMR3UX, JP1AMR3CPUX, and JP1AMR3BWUX were added to Custom type in the Unit definition information section.
