E. Launching Tools from Remote Install Manager
You can register a tool designed for a specific purpose and launch it from Remote Install Manager. When you start the tool, you can use system configuration information for the host selected in Remote Install Manager in arguments of the tool.
For example, if you register a tool that checks the connection status of a host specified by an IP address, Remote Install Manager can automatically pass the IP address of the selected host to an argument of the tool. This means that there is no need to specify an IP address after the tool has started.
You can start registered tools from the Start Tools menu. You can display this menu from the following windows of Remote Install Manager:
