12.4.3 Checking software installation status

In the Installed Packages window, you can check packages that have already been installed on a managed computer.

The icon displayed to the left of each software name indicates the type of software.

• : Hitachi program product

• : Another company's software

• : User program or data

The Installed Packages window lists the packages that have been installed by Remote Install Manager.

The information in the Installed Packages window is updated in the following timings:

• When Package Setup Manager starts

• When installation using Package Setup Manager succeeds

• When, in the View menu, the Refresh menu command is executed

The information displayed in the Package window is linked to the information displayed in the Package window of Package Setup Manager. When a package displayed in the Package window is installed locally, a circle indicating installation completed is displayed on the icon of the corresponding package displayed in the Installed Packages window.
