5.4.6 Using file attachment
Among the settings of Items displayed by default, there is the supporting data setting which allows files to be attached. By using this setting, you can register materials for failures or free format documents created according to usage as materials related to the Item. Use attached files as needed for your operation. You can attach no more than five files per Item.

The maximum size of an attached file is 5 megabytes.
