The following table describes the menu items available from the menu bar of the Display/Edit Profiles window.
When the profile list is collected from the agent, if the service corresponding to the profile information is not running, the profile information displayed in the tree display area becomes unavailable, and cannot be selected. The log file trapping function displays only currently running profiles. Note, however, that the function displays all profiles regardless of whether the functions for profiles are active if the version of JP1/Base is 09-10 or later.
For example, if an event service has not started, Event Forwarding Information in the profile list is unavailable and cannot be selected.
To select an unavailable profile, the user must start the corresponding service on the agent, choose the Operation menu and then choose Rebuild Profile Tree. If the log file trapping function on the agent has been started, Rebuild Profile Tree can be executed.
