3.5.2 If the App does not start or some features cannot be used (When using the Send and Receive App)

If the App does not start or some features cannot be used, you need to update the version of the App. In this case, a dialog box that prompts you to update the App appears.

The steps for updating the version of the App are the same as in 2.3.2 Installing the App. Update the version by following the steps for each client OS.
