The following describes the items displayed on the Others tab of the Format Definition Settings window.

Paper number

Specify a paper number for the format. JP1/AJS3 - Print Option uses paper numbers when you select Format definition in the Page Settings window.

Displays immediate units below specified unit

Specify whether to only display the units defined immediately below the specified unit. If you select this check box, units further down in the hierarchy are excluded from the document. In this case, the Immediate Units and All Units items in the View menu become unavailable, and only immediately subordinate units appear in the document.

Integrates last duplicated lines in a cell

If you select this check box, duplicate lines are integrated when a cell contains multiple lines of data. This process applies to data that begins with a number followed immediately by a comma (,).

Example 1: Cell data with check box cleared

1,relative time 00:00

2,relative time 00:00

3,relative time 00:00

4,relative time 00:00

Example 2: Cell data with check box selected

1-4,relative time 00:00

Displays all column heads

Specify whether to display each column header in its entirety.

If you clear this check box, the part in parentheses at the beginning of a column header is omitted.

Displays collection time of job operation information file

Specify whether to display the time when the job operation information file was collected in the header of the unit name column. If you select this check box, the column header is displayed in the following format:

Collection time (YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM)
        unit-name

Displays time with the seconds

When time-based display (Sign(Time), (Time)Detail, Sign(Day Time), or (Day Time)Detail) is selected for column items in a daily or monthly document, select whether to display times to the minute or second level.
