6.2 Displaying the Job Operation Document Output window

1. From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs, JP1_Automatic Job Management System 3 - Print Option, and then Job Operation Document Output.

   The Job Operation Document Output window appears.

2. In the Job Operation Document Output window, from the File menu, choose Open.

   The Select Job Operation Information File window appears.

3. In the Select Job Operation Information File window, select a job operation information file.

   In this example, we will select the sample file supplied with JP1/AJS3 - Print Option. The sample file is JP1/AJS3 - Print Option-installation-folder\Input\SAMP.aoi.

4. Click Open.

   The information in the job operation information file you selected appears in the Job Operation Document Output window.

Note:

If the job operation information file you selected contains information for a release ID, the path of the root jobnet whose information is currently being displayed appears in the Job Operation Document Output window, as shown in the figure below.

To display the information for a root jobnet associated with another release ID:

1. Click Select.

   The Jobnet Names (Release IDs) List window appears.

   The Jobnet name area lists the root jobnet paths associated with other release IDs.

2. In the Jobnet name area, select the root jobnet whose information you want to display.

3. Click Apply.

   Information for the root jobnet you selected appears in the Job Operation Document Output window.
