6.1 Outputting job operation information as documents
After you have transferred the information about job operation from the JP1/AJS3 - Manager host where the information was collected (in the form of job operation information files), you can output the information on the host where JP1/AJS3 - Print Option is installed.
In describing the procedure, this chapter refers to the sample job operation information file supplied with JP1/AJS3 - Print Option. For details on the specifications of each window in the user interface, see 7. Windows.

When outputting job operation information to a document, the user operating JP1/AJS3 - Print Option must have the write permission for all subfolders of the JP1/AJS3 - Print Option installation folder.
Grant the write permission for these folders before the user uses JP1/AJS3 - Print Option.
