6.2 Checking job execution results

Check the execution results of a job.

Prerequisites

The following explanation assumes that the jobnet ended abnormally.

Procedure

  1. In the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window), in function menu area, select Status Monitor.

  2. In the tree area, select the job group.

    The list area displays the execution results of the jobnet in the job group.

    If the jobnet is still being executed, wait a while, and then select View, and then Refresh.

  3. Select a jobnet that ended abnormally in the tree area, and select View, Jobnet Monitor, and then Result.

    The Jobnet Monitor window appears.

  4. Select the icon of the job that ended abnormally, and then select View and then Detailed Information.

    The Monitor Details - [PC Job] dialog box appears, and you can check details about the job execution results.

  5. In the Execution result details, click the Details button.

    The Execution Result Details dialog box appears.

    Tip

    If the job ended normally, you cannot click Details for Execution result details.

  6. Checks the cause of the abnormal end of the job.

  7. Click the Close button.

    The Execution Result Details dialog box closes.

  8. In the Monitor Details - [PC Job] dialog box, click the Close button.

    The Monitor Details - [PC Job] dialog box closes.

Result

It was confirmed that the job ended abnormally. In addition, the cause was also confirmed.

Postrequisites

Correct the detailed definition of the job to remove the cause of the abnormal termination, and then re-execute the jobnet.
