6.5.3 Notes on changing or integrating the groups of Operational Contents
The following provides notes on changing or integrating the groups of Operational Contents:
-
When you have finished editing Operational Content and are ready to publish it, name the group of the Operational Content from the viewpoint of users, such as the content details or time to use.
-
If you do not set a group name (or specify spaces as a group name) for pieces of Operational Content when group display is enabled, those pieces of Operational Content are gathered into the unnamed group. If there are no groups other than the unnamed group and the group being edited, an empty group name display area is displayed in the Operational Content Editing Window. However, such an area is not displayed in the Operational Content Execution Window.
-
If there are not so many pieces of Operational Content that grouping is necessary, leave the group names of all pieces of Operational Content blank. In this case, the Operational Content Execution Window displays only the Operational Content names, without displaying group name display fields, as shown in the following figure:
However, if you assign a group name to at least one piece of Operational Content, the Operational Content Execution Window displays group name display fields, in addition to the Operational Content names. For a piece of Operational Content to which no group name is assigned, a blank group name display field is displayed, as shown in the following figure:
